When you buy a Build Companion system (the Renovation System or the New Home Build System), you're purchasing a one-off digital product licence for personal, household use in connection with your own renovation or new build project. Access is granted on a one-off basis — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the system for your own project. It does not give you the right to resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repurpose the system, in whole or in part, for commercial use or on behalf of other households or projects.
Build Companion's systems are planning and organisational tools designed to help you manage your project with more structure and confidence. They do not guarantee any particular outcome, cost, timeline, or result for your project, and they are not a substitute for professional advice from your builder, architect, designer, or other qualified professionals.
The system is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care in preparing our content, we make no warranty that it is free of errors or suited to every individual project's circumstances.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
